Sessions are 55 minutes in length. Appointments are made directly with your trainer. Packages are transferable and/or interchangeable with family members or friends, valid for one yearfrom date of purchase.
Master Trainers have a minimum of 5 years experience in Pilates, Yoga or Gyrotonic® and have
passed the national certification exam by the PMA (Pilates Method Alliance®).
Trainers are certified by a PMA endorsed organization and are working towards the 700 hour training minimum needed to take the PMA exam.
Apprentice Trainers are currently enrolled in a PHI® Pilates 450 hour certification course.
