Mat Pilates

Using Pilates and other conditioning exercises to create length in the body while coordinating your movements to your breath which will bring about optimum flexibility and strength.  BOSU balls, rings, body bars, rollers, squishy balls and other props may be used in class.  Thick Pilates style mats are provided and cleaned after every use.

You must reserve your spot in class by scheduling online or by calling the studio.

All classes are limited to 12 people.

Types of Classes:

Mat I: Appropriate for beginners and/or anyone looking for a slower paced and more fluid workout. 
Mat I/II: Appropriate for beginners to advanced beginners. Variations and modifications will be used if needed.
Mat II: More intermediate moves are introduced and practiced, but beginners can still take class using modifications if needed on some exercises.
Mat II/III: Not for beginners. Combination class or intermediate and advanced students.
Mat III: Not for beginners. Must have had some Mat II experience or equivalent before participating.  Joseph's original work of 35 exercises will be the main focus of class.
